Accessibility Statement
Everyone should be able to use the City's website. We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and do not use third-party accessibility overlays.

Built-in reading tools
Use the Reading tools button in the lower left for text size, high contrast, read-aloud, underlined links, dyslexia-friendly spacing and pausing motion. Your choices are saved in this browser.
Staff guidance for accessible PDFs
- Start from a tagged source document with real headings, not bold text.
- Set the document title and language before exporting.
- Give every image alt text; mark decorative images as artifacts.
- Use real tables with header rows for schedules and budgets.
- Run the built-in accessibility check in the CMS before publishing. Agendas that fail go to an Administrator for remediation.
- Prefer a web page over a PDF when the content changes often.
