Export formats
Staff can export everything at any time as JSON, CSV and a media ZIP from Settings & Export in the CMS preview.
Exit and transition
- Full content and media export delivered to the City
- DNS and domain control confirmed with the City
- 301 redirect map for every URL
- Admin accounts handed over, vendor access removed
- Written confirmation that vendor copies are deleted

The site is built to move to a .gov domain: registration eligibility, DNS, 301 redirects, email impacts, search preservation and public communications are all on the checklist.
